The lecture was hosted on April 29, 2022, delivered by Liang Junjian, Associate Professor from the School of Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University.

On April 21, 2022, the lecture was hosted online, delivered by Tasha Fairfield, Associate Professor of International Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

On April 19, 2022, the IIAS hosted the last lecture of Economic History and Development in Latin America lecture series. The lecture was delivered by Professor Lucas Llach from the Department of History and Social Studies at the University of Ditra, Argentina.

On April 13, 2022, the IIAS of Tsinghua University hosted the second Sub-Saharan African studies lecture of the spring semester 2022 online. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Romain Tiquet, a researcher at CNRS and IMAF.
